030031a3030036aI should extend my gratitute to TiNi who ordered this cake which meant for Hantaran.She had requested green color for the theme but having just green makes the creation looks  abit dull to my visual..this has makes me to add blue in order to bring the spark of he cakes.I’m so lucky TiNi sms me that she luvs the color combination

Actually I Cant think of suitable name to be given to KDC creation of this green teme cake.Just a direct as it is.I made this using pour buttercream as main frosting.Its not as easy as you see to frost a big cake using this method..its really exhale your patient expecially when melting BC to right consistency.

I still remember the first time I deal with this method by try and error.I have thrown kg’s of BC before I get the right consistency to perform the pouring.The first time I did..it wass too runny and oily and vroooommm it goes into the dustbin as there is no sign it can heal..Second time gv me same resullt ..third time I’ve failed to make my PBC to flow nicely and it cant be smooth normally as what we can do on our normal BC…I have to start over again with the cakes..but now from that mistakes..I’ve learn how to gv bandage to my cakes when disaster happen….The flower of course from gumpaste and the bow/loop is from white choc plastique

Now you know how I learn to achieve customer expectation by learning from very very longgggg way but it really tought me a lot in how to handle mistakes.So friends out there..if you wish to learn KDC method and the best recipe of BC for PBC frosting in short way..look for KDC latest class schedule.I will be sharing the tips and suitable recipe for this.
