Yes!!!this is a first order from Sek Menengah Westland this year.Another loyal customer of mine but the most that I would like to “muahhh”is CT Tomei who always be the coordinator for her school function.Received order when I was at office.Requested for a light cake..cant even think of other subsitution of light sponge cake with fruit cutstard fillings…xcept this.Since thay gonna have it for Brunch I guess..here it is,Cocktail Short cake.Frosted with Whip Cream.
Ordered for 80 pcs but only manage to make 59 pcs..that already took me till 2.30am in d morning.Since this is last minute order ..tried my best to fulfill thier order but not quantity..win-win situation..heheh
I manage to get a very smooth Whip cream frosted on d cakes.Used “Value”brand non dairy whip cream.Friends out there..you might want to try this..smooth giler..(gini la rupa kalau org yg jarang guna fresh cream sbg frosting..ciwi kata org utara)
