It unbelievable that I have attended my first class of profesional cake decorating at Wilton’s.It’s a very stressfull class for me and the only best part of the class is I met few friends from blog and Fp which I never met before xcept thru mails and YM.
I cant really performed in class as I’m not use to foreign environment xcept my own kitchen for decorating cakes.furthermore..I was too tired with non stop lectures and practicals..
Cant story much here…I’ve lost all the words during my trip back to penang.phuhhh!!!
Here is my cakes…all are “bared”and “dogoi”…but I’m proud that I manage to complete my signature “rusty basketwave” decoration around the cake.I’ve choose a combination of champage and white as a theme.

Fondant Cupcake

Ini adalah ode paling drastik penah aku terima..kurang dari 12 jam aku perlu menyerahkan cuppies hantaran nie utk MARIA,salah seorang pelanggan ku ni kawasan perindustrian nie..aku kan minah kilang..so kawan2 byk di kalangan warga industri..hebat btoi impak ekonomi pada sektor industri..tempias yg kuterima pun hebat sekali..huhuuh
Berbalik pada cuppies,aku litupi kek dengan marshmallow fondant(KDC signature as KDC will only use Marsmallow fondant for its product)dimana rasanya lebih enak dari fondant biasa..dan hiasi dengan bunga daun milineum(sebab tadak urat daun,maka aku namakan ia demikian) juga dari fondant(bukan gumpaste..silap type tadi).I finished it with amber,teal and pearl luster dust for glitter effect.
Tak habis disitu aku rantaikan is dengan rantai mutiara..heheh..kasi gempak sket

Oh ya..aku masih selitkan bunga kesukaan ku..DAISY
