Mango Cheese

Hak Milik Hairiah..teman sepejabat KDC..Cik kak kita adalah salah seorang dari pelanggan pertama KDC untuk cheese cake.Disebabkan partner nya suka merempit dan penah cheese cake KDC yg terburai ketika perjalanan..maka KDC terpaksa memakaikan kek ini dengan “bekung”plastik..sekurang2nya kalau terburai pun tak le smpai kena masuk ICU…hehehe

Nippon E (To Japan)

This is ordered by one of my erly customer who support my interest in baking,Aza Ampang(masih kat  Ampang ka?hehe).The cookies is meant for her nephew/niece in Saitama Japan I guess.Wow!!KDC cookies in flight..heheh

I dont have a proper Elmo cutter at that time..so no option provided..had to use serated round cutter with just an elmo face drawn on it.Not sure if the owner agree with my creation but thats my best shot..

Same goes to cheese brownies..flew to Saitama..I geuss the moment I engrave my writting here..the brownies is no more to view tecnically..heheheh…outdated post ..heheh
