Michael Jakcson song is playing all over my body radio when i’m preparing this WHITE and BLACK theme pre-Birthday cake for my loyal customer who always give me a challenge in baking platform,SAMANTHA.
She had prepared this theme for quite sometimes and we did a few communication in order to achieve this results.I want her to have a very fabulous time during her so called pre-birthday party.At first place,Sam wants her cake to be black but I cant get enough Black paste to make it pure black..I do not want her to have it grey color since she really wants her day to be Black,white and gold.sooo exclusive huh!!hehehe
I manage to convince her with my creation that KDC will keep her theme but with different version..(hehhe..KDC normal practise..change and change).I got it pure black!!!yahoo

I ‘m facing so many obstacle with this cake.besides the color could not be in my hand due to limited stock in our market,I still have a nother one..My GARDENIA ROSE does not wants to cooperate with me on that day.It really does not want to stick to the cake eventhough royal icing have been used.Its very hard to dries out due to rainy day and the humidity is very high on that day also..almost reach 40%.I’ve suggested Sam to put her cake in air conditioning room to help the flower stick and dries out quickly.i’m happy when I received this picture from her as I can see..the flower is standing nicely at the side of the cake.Phuhhh!!!

When I’m preparing the flower for the cake I heard an explosion of gas shop nearby my house that had killed one person..all my windows shaking extremely during preparing this flower…what a scary moment when there is few small explosion after that..
